Niles Construction Services, Inc. is a union painting and coatings contractor. Founded in 2003, NCS provides painting and coatings services to industrial, commercial, manufacturing, automotive, and utilities customers throughout the Midwest.

NCS was acquired by ASRC Industrial Services in January 2019 and is now a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). NCS Founder Tom Niles is continuing in his role as President.
